Outstanding Repair Service
After being gone for a few weeks, we came back to a non-working HVAC unit. I called a few other places, and none of them could make it out the same day. Not true for Rising Tide; they were able to get to us the same day, and Ray and his team called us a few times to keep us posted. Once Ray got to our site, he quickly assessed the issue and fixed the problem. Ray was an outstanding repairman who explained the issue to us and what was needed to fix it. We look forward to working with Ray again in the spring when he will come by to check on our unit and keep it up and working. Thank you, Ray, very much for your assistance last night. Looking for a RV programmable Wi-Fi AC and gas furnace thermostat for our RV. He checked it out and called me regarding the model I needed to use. Since this was a thermostat that he was not familiar with, he offered to install it for free to learn about it. He drove 1 hour to get here and spent 4 hours installing it to perfection.
